Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UNCLE ("the Service"), operated by Mai Studio OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UNCLE is an AI-powered business platform builder that enables users to create custom ERP and CRM systems through natural language configuration. The Service includes web applications, APIs, AI features, templates, and marketplace components.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate configurations, suggestions, and content. AI outputs are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated configurations before applying them to your workspace.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) upload malicious content; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (e) use the Service to build a competing product; (f) abuse AI features by circumventing usage limits.

7. Pricing & Billing

Free plans are available with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Mai Studio OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
